How soon must I cancel my appoinment?


You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.




Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?


No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.




Do your wash windows?


Unfortunately, we do not wash windows




Refunds and returns


Clients have the option of requesting a refund, voucher or coupon.




Do I need to be present during the cleaning?


We value your trust and security and can always work with you to create a suitable arrangement.




Can I keep the same housekeeper?


Yes as long as you are satisified with the job performed.

Payments Accepted

Payment is due once the order is placed. We accept MC and 
Visa debit and credit cards.

Cancellation Policy

We ask that cancellations be made as soon as possible or at least within a 24 hour window. If the housekeeper arrives before the cancellation is received the client is responsible for half of the time it takes to complete the service request.
