Payment is due once the order is placed. Payment options are included on the order form for your convenience. We accept MC and Visa debit and credit cards.
What Happens if My Check Bounces
No worries. We can accept an alternate form of payment.
What happens if I am not satisfied?
Our goal is to make you the client happy while providing a clean, professional and thorough service. We appreciate if we are notified within 24 hours to remedy the situation.
I prefer using my own supplies. Is that ok?
Yes. Perfectly fine with us. Just let us know on the order form.
Can I cancel my order?
We ask that cancellations be made as soon as possible or within 24 hours of placing the order. If the housekeeper arrives before the cancellation is received and confirmed, the client is responsible for half of the time it would take to complete the service request.
Returns and refunds
Clients have the option of requesting a refund, voucher or coupon.
What if I need to reschedule?
Perfectly fine. We know that things happen and are here to work with you. We ask that you give us notice as soon as possible or within a 24 hour period of the service request.
Do I need to be home?
We value your trust and security and can always work with you to create a suitable arrangement.
Can I keep the same housekeeper?
Sure and you can also opt to have a different one as well. Just let us know.
